Indoor Group Exercise Classes for Seniors/ Older Adults

Indoor group exercise classes for older adults will start December 2, 2021!  All classes are included with membership.

If you want to participate in the group exercise classes for older adults, you must restart your membership or become a member. If you are an on-hold member who would like to restart your membership and use it at any of the open Y branches, please contact Lillian Morales at lmorales@ymcanyc.org or call 212-912-2197.

Please bring your own towel and water bottle.  Learn more about what to expect.
