 Pre-Swim Teams & Clubs

  • Age: 6-18 years, varies by location
  • Class length: 45-60 minutes, 1-3 times per week. Varies by location and age.
  • Qualification: Varies by location. Contact your aquatics director to find out how to register.
  • Skills Practiced:
    • Swim any combination of strokes for more than 150 yards
    • Refining technique for all strokes
    • Competitive starts, dives and flip turns

This group workout incorporates higher intensity and longer distances as swimmers work toward swim team, without the pressure of races and swim meets.
