Basketball
Toddler Basketball
Ages 2-4
Introduce your little one to the game of basketball with age-appropriate games and equipment in a safe space and the guidance of our friendly, certified staff.
Beginner Basketball
Ages 5-7, 8-15
Learn and master the basics of passing, dribbling and shooting and practice your offense and defense in fun scrimmages.
Soccer

Introduce your little one to soccer with age-appropriate games and equipment in a safe space and the guidance of our friendly, certified staff.
Beginner Soccer
Ages 5-7, 8-15
Our soccer classes teach skills, improve coordination, and encourage fair play, positive attitude, and teamwork.
Soccer Academy

Karate
Karate for Kids
Ages 4-12
Our progressive karate program teaches physical education, self-defense, and meditation. Regular participation in this program develops strength, agility, flexibility and coordination as well as focus and peace of mind.
Karate for Teens/Adults
Ages 12+
Teens and adults can learn the basic fundamentals of karate, or progress their practice in our intermediate/advanced class.
Swim Lessons

Track
Kids Track Club
Ages 5-13
Competitive but fun running training program for youth geared towards getting race ready for competitions in and outside of the Y.
Running for Kids
Ages 6-12
Your child can be a track superstar in this class that teaches kids elements of proper running and fitness.

Dance
Ballet
Ages 4-8 years
In this playful and creative ballet class, students learn basic ballet positions, balances, port-de-bras, barre work, across the floor, and short combinations.
Hip Hop/Jazz
Ages 4-8, 9-14 years
This class is a combination of jazz and contemporary hip hop styles. Modern dance can be upbeat and funky or lyrical and expansive.
Salsa
Ages 4-8, 9-14 years
Introduce your child to a love of music and movement as we explore the world of salsa dancing.
Music
Guitar
Ages 6+
Guitar classes are a cultivating environment for anyone who is interested in learning music. Our classes focus on:
- Singing, listening, reading, writing music and playing instrument
- Understanding general music theory and the basic principle of use of the instrument
- Musical elements: rhythm, melody, harmony, articulation, dynamics, and style
- Chords/Scales for composition and performance in multiple genre of music
- Completion of song chosen by learner for annual recital at YMCA
Classes are 30 minutes each. Double sessions can be booked. Piano is available for student use. Please provide your own instrument. Students will receive a list of books and other materials (not included in cost) that will be needed for lessons. There is a 24 hour cancelation in order not to forfeit the class. Recitals are held in December.
Keyboard
Ages 6+
Our keyboard classes are a cultivating environment for anyone who is interested in learning music. Our classes focus on:
