Indoor Group Exercise

Indoor group exercise classes are open! All classes are included with membership. Please bring your own towel and water bottle. See our schedule below. 

Swim 

See our adult lap swim, family swim, and swim lessons schedule below. Learn more about how to make a reservation (if needed), what to bring, and our updated swim policies.
 

Basketball Schedule

Adults can drop in to play basketball–both shoot around and games. First come, first serve—no reservations necessary.

Personal Training

Work out with a certified YMCA trainer who prioritizes your health and well-being while helping you achieve your fitness goals. Our trainers will evaluate your health history and lifestyle to design a program that will specifically meet your needs and help you achieve your goals. Teen Access (12+)

Teen Members or Teen on a Family Membership without an adult over 18 years old. Hours:

  • Mon-Thu: 3 PM–7 PM
  • Sat-Sun: 8 AM–5 PM
     

Teen Members or Teen on a Family Membership with an adult family member. Hours:

Teen Fitness Equipment Orientation

All teens ages 12 through 17 are required to complete a fitness equipment orientation before using the fitness equipment. Contact Kathleen to make an appointment.


Family Gym

Enjoy time in the gym as a family! To prioritize your family's health and well-being, space is limited. First come, first served — no reservation required.

Massage

We are now offering Massage Therapy including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage. Treat yourself to the benefits of massage today with an appointment with our AMTA-certified massage therapists.

Caring for Caregivers Program

This program is FREE and open to anyone aged 50 and older who is caring for a loved one who may be sick, has a disability, or otherwise needs regular consistent care. Join our Caregiving Group Facilitator – Ranya Renee Fleysher MA to share experiences, challenges, resources and self-care techniques.
