Tiny Toes, Ages 3-4Children will learn the fundamentals of ballet through awareness of body movement and creativity. While participating in exercise and dance sequences, participants will learn coordination while exploring various levels of movement that develop strength.Register Kids Ballet Level I, Ages 5-7This program is a fun and active way for children to learn ballet! Students will learn ballet techniques, build strength, and learn choreography. In the last week, students will put on a performance showcasing what they have learned.Register

Basketball, Ages 4-14

Kids will learn the game of basketball through age-appropriate drills, exercises, and controlled games while developing teamwork and sportsmanship. Classes are separated by skill level.Register

Karate & Self Defense for Teens, Ages 11-16

Karate develops physical conditioning, mental awareness and self defense strategies. Students will learn to develop speed, power, focus and balance. *Please note there is a $40 fee for the Karate uniform and belting fee that goes directly to the National Karate Association for those qualify and choose to belt. Gymnastics, Ages 4-14

Tiny Tumblers, Ages 4-5Ready to explore gymnastics and develop your skills in a small group setting? Learn coordination, develop flexibility, and practice jumping, tumbling, balancing, and more! This class gives children the opportunity to build confidence, develop their own strength, and explore gymnastics while making friends and having fun!Beginning Gymnastics, Ages 6-8This co-ed class focuses on learning basic gymnastics skills, such as floor routines and developing proper conditioning, as well as increased use of each apparatus.Beginning Gymnastics, Ages 7-12This co-ed class focuses on learning basic gymnastics skills, such as floor routines and developing proper conditioning, as well as increased use of each apparatus.Intermediate/Advanced Gymnastics, Ages 8-14This co-ed intermediate gymnastics class builds on skills learned in the previous level and focuses on increasing strength and endurance and involves more complex floor and apparatus skills that include flight movements. Strength Training for Teens, Ages 12-15The Y Speed & Strength focuses on developing speed, core, strength, agility, power and coordination through top-quality instruction. Whether you are new to athletics or competing on a travel team, we are here to help you reach your personal fitness and/or athletic goals.Register

Tennis, Ages 5-12We utilize the USTA 10 & under Tennis curriculum, which uses youth tennis equipment, but focuses more on fun activities to strengthen eye-hand coordination to make tennis more enjoyable from early on in the learning process. They will learn a variety of skills that will not only help them in tennis, but in other sports as well.Register

Flag Football, Ages 8-12

Flag Football, Ages 8-12Sessions focus on improving football skills such as passing, receiving, rushing, flag pulling, and offensive/defensive schemes. Small-sided matches also give your athletes the in-game experience they need to really learn the game.Register
