Stage A Water Discovery
  • Age: 6 months-3 years
  • Class length: 30 minutes
  • Qualification: None needed
  • Adult participation: one parent or guardian per child must be in the pool for each lesson

The class introduces infants and toddlers to the aquatic environment through exploration.

Stage B Water Exploration
  • Age: 6 months-3 years
  • Class length: 30 minutes
  • Qualification: Child is comfortable in the water or child has taken Stage A Water Discovery
  • Adult participation: one parent or guardian per child must be in the pool for each lesson

Focuses on exploring body positions, blowing bubbles, and fundamental safety and aquatic skills.

Gym & Swim
  • Age: 6-36 months
  • Class length: 60 minutes, 30 minutes in the gym and 30 minutes in the pool
  • Qualification: None
  • Adult participation: One parent or guardian per child must be in the pool for each lesson

Gym and Swim introduces your toddler to the gym and pool. After 30 minutes of games and activities in the gym, the class will transition to the pool for a parent/child swim lesson including songs, skills, and games. Parent or guardian participation is required for these classes.

Art & Swim
  • Age: 6-36 months
  • Class length: 60 minutes, 30 minutes in the gym and 30 minutes in the pool
  • Qualification: None
  • Adult participation: One parent or guardian per child must be in the pool for each lesson

Kids will have a great time mixing paints and using crayons and markers while learning basic drawing skills. A variety of projects will be created using different materials and techniques. Be warned-this class can get messy! Then they will head to the pool for swimming and games. Parent or guardian participation is required for these classes.
