A clinic that will allow young athletes to develop their basketball skills while building relationships. The clinic will not include physical contact. Bring your own basketball with your name on it, filled water bottle and towel (optional). We will provide basketballs for those who do not have their own. All programs will be modified to allow for additional safety precautions including ensuring social distancing as appropriate.

Karate fosters on physical fitness, self-confidence, an understanding of practical self-defense as well as exposure to traditional karate techniques.
Participants are taught age-appropriate techniques and kata in a safe, non-intimidating environment. Learn safe contact self-defense drills and sparring within appropriate safeguards.

Enhance your child's development and love of music through song, dance, movement games and instruments. Children will explore movement, melody and rhythm, while learning a wide variety of child friendly songs and dances. These concepts will also nurture their physical and social development.
Come have fun dancing to the latest K-Pop songs! No previous experience required. K-Pop, short for Korean pop music, has become a global phenomenon where the melody, concept, and choreography all come together to create an entertaining experience for all.
Preschoolers develop comfort with underwater exploration and are introduced to basic self-rescue skills performed with assistance.
Preschoolers focus on body position and control, directional change, and forward movement in the water, while also continuing to practice how to safely exit in the event of falling into water.

Students learn how to swim to safety from a longer distance than in previous stages. The class also introduces rhythmic breathing and integrated arm/leg action.
Having mastered the fundamentals, students learn additional water safety skills and build stroke technique.
Students work on stroke technique and learn all major competitive swimming strokes.
Students refine stroke technique on the major competitive strokes, learn about competitive swimming and discover how to incorporate swimming into a healthy lifestyle.
Student must have successfully completed stage 6. The program focuses on continuing to build endurance and stroke technique on all major competitive strokes and encourages swimming as a part of a healthy lifestyle.
