Basketball 

Teen & Adult Basketball
Teens and adults can drop in to play basketball - both shootaround and games. First come, first serve—no reservations necessary. Member benefit.

  • Mon, Wed, Fri: 6:30-9:00 AM
  • Mon - Fri: 2-7 PM
  • Tue & Thu: 6-8:30 AM
  • Sat: 8-10 AM, 1-3 PM
  • Sun: 8-10 AM, 12-3 PM
  • Sun: 10AM-12PM (1/2 court) 

 

Adult Basketball
Adults can drop in to play basketball - both shootaround and games. First come, first serve—no reservations necessary. Member benefit.

  • Tue & Thu: 11:20AM-2PM
  • Mon - Fri: 7-8:30PM

 

Family Basketball
Enjoy time in the gym as a family. First come, first serve—no reservations necessary. Member benefit.

  • Sun: 10:00AM - 12:00PM (1/2 court)


Racquetball

Racquetball is available. Members are encouraged to bring their own equipment. Fee-based. Please reserve your spot at the Member Services desk.


Ping Pong

Table Tennis/ Ping Pong is available. Members are encouraged to bring their own equipment. Fee-based. Please reserve your spot at the Member Services desk. 


Personal Training

Work out with a certified YMCA trainer who prioritizes your health and well-being while helping you achieve your fitness goals. Contact Tiffany to get started, or pick up where you left off.

 

Teen Access (Ages 12+)

Teen on a Family Membership
You can come anytime the Y is open, as long as you are with an adult from your family membership.

All teens ages 12 through 17 are required to complete a fitness equipment orientation before using the fitness equipment. Contact Tiffany to make an appointment.
