Basketball
Pee Wee Basketball
4-6 years
Each class will incorporate instruction and fundamental skill development. Your child will develop skills in dribbling, shooting, passing and throwing.
Basketball Clinic
7-12 years
Learn and master the basics of passing, dribbling and shooting and practice your offense and defense in fun scrimmages.
Flag Football
8-15 years
Participants will learn the fundamentals of football, the rules of the game, good sportsmanship, as well as healthy lifestyle habits.
Gymnastics
Tumbling Tots
2-3 years
This introductory tumbling class helps your little one start moving on the gymnastics mat under the close supervision of our gymnastics coaches.
Gymnastics
4-15 years
Each level of our progressive program is geared to advance gymnasts in safe, consistent and productive progressions. The program teaches safety awareness, body awareness, values education and skills instruction with safety as our #1 concern.
Beginner classes: New to gymnastics with very little knowledge of skills.
Advanced classes: Students have mastered cartwheels and handstands.
Karate
4-15 years
Our progressive karate program teaches physical education, self-defense, and meditation. Regular participation in this program develops strength, agility, flexibility and coordination as well as focus and peace of mind.
Uniforms are provided by the Sensei for an additional $35.
Soccer
4-12 years
Our soccer clinics, for preschoolers through teenagers, teach skills, improve coordination, and encourage fair play, positive attitude, and teamwork.
