5-Day Pilates for Beginners Challenge

Designed as an introduction to Pilates, the five classes in this series will teach you the basic building blocks of Pilates. Each daily workout will focus on different aspects of Pilates to master – breathing, strength, balance, and more, so that by the final day, participants will be able to pull everything they learned together in a full-length class.
