Basketball

Bitty Ballers
Ages 3-4, 5-6

Your little one is introduced to the sport of basketball with the help of qualified coaches. Through basketball participants will develop their fine motor skills through different drills that will prepare them to be better athletes in the future.

Our progressive martial arts program teaches physical education, self-defense, and meditation. Regular participation in this program develops strength, agility, flexibility and coordination as well as focus and peace of mind.

Little Tykes

Ages 6 months-4 years
Mondays-Fridays 10-11 AM
Saturdays 10:30-11:30 AM

Little Tykes orients children to school age games and sports. Children focus on building motor skills, following directions, and cooperating. The program also allows for parent interaction and support.

Our soccer classes teach skills, improve coordination, and encourage fair play, positive attitude, and teamwork.
