Open GymOpen Gym / Track (no reservation required, first come first serve) Members under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note: Only YMCA staff is permitted to conduct coaching sessions within the facility. Members are not permitted to bring their own equipment other than basketballs or racquets. Personal TrainingWork out with a certified YMCA trainer who prioritizes your health and well-being while helping you achieve your fitness goals. More Information Teen Access (Ages 12+)Teen Members or Teen on a Family Membership You can come during the Teen Fitness Center hours:Mon-Thu: 3-9 PMSat-Sun: 8 AM-5 PMTeen on a Family Membership You can also come anytime the Y is open, as long as you are with an adult from your family membership.All teens ages 12 through 17 are required to complete a fitness equipment orientation before using the fitness equipment. Child WatchMembers with a family membership may bring their child (6 months through 7 years of age) to the YMCA Child Watch Program for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Kids will enjoy creative play in a fun, safe environment with responsible YMCA staff members.
