Indoor Track ScheduleMembers have access to our 200 meters long track during certain times. Please see the below schedule for track availability. Family GymNo reservation required, first come first serve. Families with children under of the age of 12, children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must have a child under the age of 12 who is on their Family Membership. Please note: Only YMCA staff is permitted to conduct coaching sessions within the facility. Members are not permitted to bring their own equipment other than basketballs or racquets. Free Family ProgramsChild WatchMembers with a family membership may bring their child (6 months through 7 years of age) to the YMCA Child Watch Program for a maximum of 2 hours per day. Kids will enjoy creative play in a fun, safe environment with responsible YMCA staff members. If the child is not on the family membership, your reservation will be cancelled. Adult BasketballAdults can drop in to play basketball - both shootaround and games. First come, first serve—no reservations necessary. Table Tennis/Ping PongTable tennis/ping pong is now available any time the Y is open! Singles play only, unless members of the same family or household. Members are encouraged to bring your own equipment. First come, first serve — no reservation necessary. Open GymOpen Gym / Track (no reservation required, first come first serve) Members under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
