All runners are invited to meet in the Long Island City YMCA lobby and go for a group run. Our running club welcomes everyone regardless of pace, experience level, or training goals, so lace up your shoes and join us to get fit!
Masters Swim Club
Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 PM
Workouts are structured for all team members, many of whom compete at Masters swim meets. Join us for a fun, challenging workout that will take your swimming to a new level.
