Indoor Group Exercise Classes

Adult Basketball

Adults can drop in to play basketball - both shootaround and games. First come, first serve—no reservations necessary.


NEW! Small Group Training

We're now offering small (4-8 people) group training classes for members 18+.

Kettlebell Training: Starts November 6

Improve strength and conditioning through the use of kettlebells. Taught by a certified instructor and personal trainer, you'll learn proper “swing” techniques, variations, and how to incorporate kettlebells into your our exercise routine. 

Limited spots are available for this 8-week fee-based class. Register online or at the Membership Desk.

Personal Training

Work out with a certified YMCA trainer who prioritizes your health and well-being while helping you achieve your fitness goals. NEW! The Y now offers both in-person and virtual personal training. More Information


Teen Access and Teen Fitness Center

If you have a teen membership, you can come in during the Teen Fitness Center hours:

  • Mon-Thu: 3-8:30 PM
  • Sat-Sun: 8 AM-3 PM

If you are a teen on a family membership, you can come on your own during teen hours. If you come with an adult who is part of your family membership, you can come anytime the Y is open.

All teens ages 12 through 17 are required to complete a fitness equipment orientation before using the fitness equipment. Contact Sara to get started.
