Personal Training

Work out with a certified YMCA trainer who prioritizes your health and well-being while helping you achieve your fitness goals. Contact Ayanna Penn at to get started, or pick up where you left off.

Teen Access in the Fitness Center

If you have a teen membership, you can come in during the Teen Fitness Center hours:
Monday-Thursday: 2:30-8pm
Saturday-Sunday: 8am-3pm

If you are a teen on a family membership, you can come on your own during teen hours. If you come with an adult who is part of your family membership, you can come anytime the Y is open.

All teens ages 12 through 17 are required to complete a fitness equipment orientation before using the fitness equipment. Please contact Ayanna Penn at to make an appointment.

Family Gym

Pickleball players of all levels and abilities are invited to play in the gymnasium. The game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players.

Adult Basketball & Gym Schedule

Adults can drop in to play basketball - both shootaround and games. First come, first serve—no reservations necessary.
