The Dodge YMCA provides young people with a safe space to socialize, seek support and participate in activities that build self-esteem, prepare them for higher education and to succeed as an adult. Our goal is to empower, inspire and teach young people to be leaders through our various programs and workshops.

All teen programs are FREE and open to the community. Please stop by the Membership Desk to see our current schedule and pick up an application.

Leadership & Civic Engagement

Leaders Club

This program provides club members with opportunities for leadership training, personal growth, community service, and social development. Young people meet on a weekly basis in a small group of peers and advisors to map out career and educational goals, seek information, and share experiences related to self-improvement.

Teens Take the City

Roll up your sleeves and get involved in issues that affect the community. Learn about civic involvement by learning about the NYC government, meet NYC officials, develop policy proposals and present them at legislative hearings. Be the voice in your community and work towards making a positive difference.

Y Global Teens

YMCA Global Teens is a leadership development and service learning program that engages teens in a year-long empowering international experience culminating with a summer service abroad experience.
