Cadio Kickboxing
This high energy class blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout.

Indoor Cycling
An intense cardio workout of simulated road bike riding to energizing music

Rope Aerobics
A fun and explosive class that blends in jump roping with stabilizing core exercises. Great for weight loss, your cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory system. Squats, lunges, planks and mountain climbers give you a full body workout.

Wukkout!
Wukkout! is a Caribbean based dance fitness class that will make you sweat and have fun just like you would if you were at Carnival! Find your groove while increase your fitness level with body sculpting 'wining' techniques.

Yoga, Pilates, and Stretch

Pilates Mat
Based on original Pilates techniques, this class is designed to restore muscular balance, improve posture, helps prevent injury and build strength and flexibility.

Stretching
An essential component of fitness that is often neglected or left out, this class uses a variety of stretching methods to gradually increase muscle strength and extend the range of movement at the joints.

Tai Chi
An ancient form of mind body exercise that uses purposeful, slow movements in a form of meditative exercise for relaxation, health and self defense.

Vinyasa Yoga
Flowing sequences of yoga poses linked together by an emphasis on breathing technique.

Family Zumba
This class is a fusion of Latin and International music, utilizing dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, fitness program effective enough for parents but fun enough for kids.

Strong by Zumba
This class combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been designed to match every move. Every squat, lunge and burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to the last rep!

Zumba®
Zumba® takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

BODYPUMP™
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BodyPump gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivations, and great music - helping you achieve much more than on your own!

CXWorx™
Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX™ provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.

Kettlebells
This is a total body workout that blends highly effective techniques for improving muscular endurance, total body coordinated movements and cardiovascular conditioning. Each movement and progression is taught with an emphasis on safety, highlighting essential body alignment. Take your body to the next level with Kettlebell training!

Total Body Conditioning
A full body workout designed to strengthen and tone the upper and lower body using an assortment of fitness equipment.

Trampoline Fitness
A unique workout on individual mini-trampolines which allow for a low impact aerobic workout.

Senior Fitness

Aqua Yoga for Active Older Adults
This class incorporates flowing sequences of yoga postures, relaxation, and proper breathing techniques while partially submerged in water. Please wear pool attire, shower before entering the pool, and obtain a ticket at the front desk before class.

HIIT for Seniors
HIIT for Seniors is an exercise class that utilizes short burst of energy of high intensity effort followed by varying recovery times that is appropriate for active older adults.

Silver Sneakers Classic
Have fun and move through the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.

Silver Sneakers Stretch Yoga
This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the body.

Tai Chi for Active Older Adults
An ancient form of mind-body exercise that uses purposeful, slow movements in a form of meditative exercise for relaxation, health, and self-defense.

Water Aerobics for Active Older Adults
An instructional class of aerobic movements performed in the water, to improve body conditioning, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. Everyone must obtain a ticket at least 15 minutes before class to participate in this program.
