Affordable Pool Parties and Birthday Parties at the Bed Stuy YMCA

Throw a hassle-free, fun-filled birthday party at the Bed Stuy Y. Both pool parties and room rentals are available for an unforgettable celebration.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking a rental, which will be applied towards the rental fee. Balance due two weeks before your event. Accompanied with a copy of the guest list. Any additional guests or guest changes must be reported at our Welcome Center before the event is scheduled to start. Email ldiaz@ymcanyc.org for more information.

Pool Party

Enjoy and hour in our heated 25 yard pool with family and friends. Pool parties include 1 hour in the pool and 2 hours in Pfizer room. Prices are based on up to 20 participants in the water. Up to 5 additional participants requires an extra lifeguard at an additional cost of $50. Children 8 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and older). This will count toward your total participants. All participants for the pool activity must wear swim caps. Renter is responsible for all decorations, paper goods, food, cake and beverages. Please note that set up and clean up are included in the time.

Pool only
$305 per hour for members
$360 per hour for community

Pool with 1 hour and 2 hour room use
$570 (up to 20 swimmers) for members
$715 (up to 20 swimmers) for community

Additional room time:
$170 per hour for members
$225 per hour for community

Availability for pool party rental:
Saturday and Sunday: 5-6 PM

Room Rental

Room rentals are in either our Pfizer room or Community room. Both rooms can host a maximum of 50 people and we provide tables and chairs. A refrigerator is available for use. Renter is responsible for all decorations, paper goods, food, cake and beverages. Please note that set up and clean up are included in the time.

Room only:
$170 per hour for members
$225 per hour for community

Availability for room rental:
Saturday: 4-7 PM
Sunday: 3-7 PM
