We miss seeing you at the Y and want to check in and see how you are doing during this difficult time. We hope you have been able to stay active and connected to others since your last visit to the Y. We also want to share some workouts with you, and a free and easy way to help the Y while you exercise! Keep reading to find out how.

The Y is working with your membership provider to receive reimbursement for virtual fitness classes that you participate in, and these payments are more important than ever as we work to continue serving you and all of our members. We need your help! Please let us know what classes you've taken so far by clicking on your branch name below and taking a few minutes to fill out a quick form!
