Stay healthy with workouts designed for older adults.
Please note some of the videos from YMCA360 that were formerly on our site are no longer available.
Y360 is an on-demand service started by the Greater Wichita (Kansas) YMCA, which was available for free during 2020. In 2021, Y360 changed its structure and now requires other YMCA’s to sign up and pay for videos. Although these Y360 videos are no longer available in the New York City area, we continue to provide several workouts with our own YMCA instructors, available on social media, YouTube, and Zoom.
Chair Workouts
Join YMCA instructors from NYC and around the country for workouts designed to improve balance, stability, and flexibility while using the support of a chair. Stream any of the classes for an on-demand workout, or see our PDF guide: 10 Chair Exercises for Seniors: A Comprehensive Visual Guide.
