Adult Boxing

High-energy boxing class focused on technique, conditioning, and stress relief. Participants will learn punches, footwork, and combinations while improving strength, endurance, and confidence in a supportive, motivating environment.

All participants must bring their own boxing gloves and hand wraps.  Please consult your healthcare provider if you have any physical or respiratory conditions before signing up.

Pickleball Lessons

Let's Go! Learn the rules, scoring, positions, and form, on regulation sized indoor courts. Join us to learn to play in a fun, supportive environment.

No experience necessary! Come to learn the basics of gameplay. Players are required to bring their own paddles and safety goggles.

Intermediate Drill classes for advanced beginners and intro to strategy. You have played consistently for at least 4 months. *Must bring own paddles and wear safety googles or glasses.

Women's Intro to Weight Lifting Foundations

Women's Strength Foundations is a small-group program for women who want to learn the basics of strength training in a supportive and welcoming environment. Participants will learn proper form, safe lifting techniques, and how to confidently use weights and strength equipment.Whether you're new to the gym or ready to add strength training to your routine, this eight week program will help you build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last.
