Arthritis Water Exercise
Gentle movements performed in warm water to increase or maintain range of motion, strengthen muscles and enhance overall fitness. Exercise in water minimizes stress on joints and often helps decrease pain and stiffness. Minimum class size is 6 people.

For adults with disabilities and others seeking a gentle workout
