An intense cardio workout of simulated road bike riding to energizing music.

Gentle Yoga

SPECIALIZED AQUA EXERCISE
Arthritis Water Exercise
Gentle movements performed in warm water to increase or maintain range of motion, strengthen muscles and enhance overall fitness. Exercise in water minimizes stress on joints and often helps decrease pain and stiffness. Minimum class size is 6 people.

Water Exercise
For adults with disabilities and others seeking a gentle workout
This instructional class will lead you through exercise, walking individualized to suit personal needs. Instruction is provided as well as time to practice. Enhance physical fitness, maintain/improve muscle tone and improve flexibility. Minimum class size 6 people.
