The pandemic’s toll on our island has been significant: anxiety, depression, and substance misuse are at an all-time high. But the Y Counseling Service is ready to MEET THIS MOMENT. 

Since 1980, we have provided the Staten Island community with comprehensive prevention and treatment services.

Due to COVID restrictions, we are unable to host our traditional annual event to support our fundraising efforts. This event helps to ensure that services remain accessible for all. However, we must continue to meet the needs of our community and we need your help! To help accomplish this, we are publishing a virtual journal on our website and have several sponsorship opportunities available. 
 

In 2020, our addiction treatment programs served over 600 individuals and conducted of 20,500 visits, most of which were through telehealth. In addition, we have been able to reach over 2,445 people at health and wellness events in the past year. We have also served 1,275 youth utilizing evidence-based practices, all with encouraging outcomes!

Remember, all money raised for the Counseling Service is used to support Counseling Service programs and ultimately the lives of the families impacted by those services.
