Personal Pilates
Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increasing lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body, which benefits other areas of one’s life.

All packages expire 90 days from date of purchase. 24 hour notice of cancellation with the instructor is required to avoid being charged for the full session. For the safety and security of our members and program participants, only West Side YMCA staff may instruct private sessions. Prices for semi-private lessons are for each participant of the lesson.
