About the Workshop

When home becomes both home and work and even school, it can be challenging to set boundaries. How can you as an individual prioritize well-being by creating flexible practices that balance both your own individual needs with those of your job? It’s time to take a step back from your daily priorities and look at the bigger picture of how you're managing your life.
Learn some simple changes you can make for stress management, time management, and most importantly, setting boundaries for self-care. Your 'me time' is necessary for both mental and physical health. Work-life balance includes exercising, eating right, staying fit, getting the right amount of rest and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The goal of this workshop is to share tips on striking the balance that is best for you!

Natarsha is a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach from New York. She takes an integrative & holistic approach to fitness, focusing not just on the body, but the mind as well. She believes fitness should be approachable & fun.
