Our year-long program helps adults at high risk of developing diabetes adopt and maintain healthy lifestyles through nutrition, physical activity and weight loss in a classroom setting. You can join up to the 3rd week of class! If you don't see a location you want then provide your preferences when you apply!

Over the course of 16 one-hour classroom sessions, followed by 3 bi-monthly then 6 monthly maintenance sessions (25 classes over 1 year), a trained lifestyle coach teaches participants how to change their lifestyles through healthy eating, physical activity and other behavior changes.
