Cheer POP
Ages 5-12

Taking our tumbling class one step further, in Cheer POP, children will use their tumbling skills to perform a choreographed cheer dance - with pom-poms* and all! At the end of the 8-week session, children will share their performance at our Session Showcase. 


*Pom-poms are available for purchase in the Youth & Family Office for $10 per pair.


Learn the art of physical chess with this Olympic sport! Fencing is a fun and safe workout that will challenge your body and mind. Best of all, this class is supervised by our very own Susan Monardo, a USFCA certified coach.



Tumbling Time
Ages 3-5

This introductory tumbling class helps your little one start moving on the gymnastics mat under the close supervision of our gymnastics coaches.


Ages 5-12

Led by our gymnastics specialists, this tumbling class is designed to introduce your child to the basics of tumbling, rolling and jumping movements. 


Preschool Sports

Ages 4-6

A sports sampler program in which children experience different sports such as tee ball, basketball, and soccer while improving their gross motor skills.



Sunshine Gym
Ages 2.5-5

Children are gain strength using gross/fine motor skills. Class begins with a muscle awakening stretch session followed by an array of obstacle courses where children are exploring equipment, climbing, balancing, building, playing with balls, hoops, and socializing. During circle time, group activities will include songs, rhythms, parachute play, and puppets. 



Ages 5-12

Our soccer classes teach skills, improve coordination, and encourage fair play, positive attitude, and teamwork.

Tae Kwon Do

Beginner Tae Kwon Do
Ages 4-12

A Korean martial art similar to karate, Tae Kwon Do emphasizes kicking, striking and blocking as applied to the art of self-defense. As children are introduced to this traditional training style, they will explore self-defense, physical fitness and stress relief as well as gain increased confidence, mental focus and heightened self-awareness. All participants are required to wear a uniform (sold separately) during class and have fun!

Young kids learn to play with kid-sized racquets, slower and lower-bouncing balls, and older students are taught fundamental and advanced techniques of groundstroke, volley, and overhead strokes.

Track workouts increase quickness, stamina, and endurance for your budding athlete. Through drills, sprints, and pacing techniques, participants will enhance their flexibility and core development.



Ages 12-16
