At the Y, kids can learn to play a sport, develop their skills, make new friends, and become empowered in youth sports programs.

The next eight-week session of classes begins the week of April 29, 2019. Registration opens for YMCA members on April 13, and for community members on April 20.

Basketball (Ages 5-15)

Our Basketball clinic is a progressive style class that utilize a step-by-step system for teaching sports skills.

Tennis (Ages 5-12)

Our partner Tennis HQ will teach kids the fundamentals of the sport while educating them on YMCA values.

Karate (Ages 5-15)

Learn basic punches, strikes, blocks and kicks while gaining focus, strength and coordination.

Fit Kids Run (Ages 5-12)

This is a great class for kids who like to move. Your child will learn the basics of running and racing during this class which takes place on our indoor track.

This class is free for members and the community.

Tuesday: Ages 5-8, 6:15-7:15 PM
Thursday: Ages 9-12, 6:15-7:15 PM

Kids Yoga (Ages 5-12)

Classes will include breath work, warm ups, Asanas, Sun Salutation ows, fun yoga games and more. Students will be encouraged to use their imaginations in addition to balancing skills, strength, flexibility, coordination and endurance.

This class is free for family members.

C.A.T.C.H. (Ages 5-12)

Coordinated approach to child health inclusive games for all levels of play that keeps kids moving while having fun.
