The Bed Stuy YMCA offers event space rentals for parties, celebrations, baby showers, meetings, and more.
Room rentals are in either our Pfizer room or Community room. Both rooms can host a maximum of 50 people and we provide tables and chairs. A refrigerator is available for use. Renter is responsible for all decorations, paper goods, food, cake and beverages. Please note that set up and clean up are included in the time.
Room only: $170 per hour for members, $225 per hour for community
Saturday: 4-7 PM
Sunday: 3-7 PM
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking a rental, which will be applied towards the rental fee. Balance due two weeks before your event. Accompanied with a copy of the guest list. Any additional guests or guest changes must be reported at our Welcome Center before the event is scheduled to start. Contact at email@example.com for more information.
