The YMCA of Greater New York Association Office is seeking an Intern for their Research, Evaluation, and Strategy department. The Intern will support the department in various data analytics functions, including data manipulation required for the Salesforce conversion project and supporting initiatives related to understanding the needs and impacts of programmatic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extract, manipulate, and catalog ten (10) years of targeted data for each branch.

  • Support the NYC Inter-organizational Aquatics Taskforce's research, analysis, and documentation of pool deserts within New York City.

  • Support the research and analytics for the development of the 2025 – 2027 Strategic Plan.

  • Support both the Research, Evaluation, and Strategy (RES) and Center for Community Impact (CCI) teams in reviewing and analyzing organizational data as required.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Some high school experience is required.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong written, communication, and research skills.
