Personal Training provides instruction on how to get the most out of your workout to achieve optimal results. Personal training sessions are available by appointment only. Please note: five-session packages must be used within 45 days, and 10-session packages must be used within 90 days.

TRX: GROUP TRAINING
TRX suspension training is an approach to strength training that uses a system of ropes to allow users to work against their own body weight.
TRX will help you develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability simultaneously, while using functional movements and dynamic positions.
The Flatbush Y is now offering drop-in TRX classes to members ($18) and non-members ($22). Please note: this offer is subject to class size and equipment availability, and essions are limited to six people.
You can still purchase TRX group training in six-session packages, which are $80 for members and $120 for non-members. Register at the front desk!
