Personal Training — Looking for a new challenge or need some additional motivation? Our trainers will design a program that will help you achieve your goals.

Water Activities — Water exercise, adult swim lessons and adapted exercise are some of the water-based activities you’ll find at the Y where we believe if you can do it on land, you can do it in the water!

Y Fit Start — In this 12 week program, you'll meet with a Personal Fit Coach four times to help you develop a personal fitness plan.

Nutritional Counseling — Some Y branches offer one-on-one nutritional counseling to help you maintain a healthy diet.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA — Participants work with Y staff trained in supportive cancer care to achieve their goals, such as building strength; increasing flexibility and endurance; and improving confidence and self-esteem.
