Capital Projects
Over the next decade, the YMCA of Greater New York proposes to undertake an aggressive, three-phase capital renewal plan to enable the YMCA to exponentially increase its services to New York City’s kids, families and communities, through:
- Building new YMCAs in underserved communities;
- Replacing aging YMCAs in underserved communities with state-of-the-art Branches; and
- Renovating and/or expanding nearly every other existing YMCA Branch in the system
